The Jubilee weekender did not stop the Big Lunchers in SE15, and its surrounds. The Nunhead Green Big Lunch took place in the Salvation Army hall, where we had an impromptu concert by the singing Major plus Andreas from Surestart came and wooed the little ones, and a few older ones, with great songs – from nursery rhymes to Bob Marley. What more could anyone ask for – a bit of sun maybe?
